I have experience with multiple real estate agents over multiple transactions both commercial and residential. Once you start sale/purchase process, you are kind of stuck with your agent and you have to deal with them until the end whether you like their work or not, so it is extremely important to find the right agent for yourself and let them do their job.   Over my past experience, I’ve had all kinds of agents, good ones and not so good ones.
